I am Carine Khalil, a qualitative researcher and consultant with over 15 years of experience leading research and consulting projects across healthcare, technology, finance, transportation, and other sectors.
I hold a PhD in Management and Information Systems from Mines ParisTech and became a tenured Associate Professor at Paris Descartes University in 2013.
I specialize in theories of information and management systems, focusing on how digital solutions are developed, implemented, and adopted. I use human-centered design methods to collect insights and understand processes from the human perspective, ensuring that solutions meet real end-user needs.
I created this company to help organizations address the right problem with the right techniques through human-centered research. My approach is rigorous, simple, and collaborative, delivering meaningful insights efficiently.
